Story Behind The Engulfing Trader Strategy
You’re probably wondering how this profitable strategy came to be. It’s an interesting story. Like many traders, I started out thinking that loading my charts with indicators would improve my results. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I had tried countless strategies—robots, stochastics, MACD, Bollinger Bands—you name it. My charts were overloaded with formulas that only created confusion. I was exhausted and frustrated. I spent weeks back-testing this simple pattern at specific points on the chart—two full months of long hours and analysis. Finally, what was once invisible became crystal clear. The next question was: “Is it profitable?” The results spoke for themselves. When followed correctly, the strategy delivered extraordinary outcomes.
