Mark Sebastian: Founder
Mark Sebastian is a former member of the Chicago Board Options Exchange and the American Stock Exchange. He authored the well-known trading book The Option Trader’s Hedge Fund. Mark frequently appears on CNBC, Bloomberg, Fox Business, and First Business News. His insights have been published on Yahoo Finance and quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, and Bloomberg. He also contributes regularly to TheStreet’s Option Profits Team and serves as managing editor of Expiring Monthly: The Option Trader’s Journal, an all-digital magazine dedicated to options. Mark has spoken at events hosted by CBOE, ISE, CME, and VOLX, and co-hosts the Option Block Podcast and Volatility Views Podcast. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University.
Andrew Giovinazzi: Chief Operating Officer
Andrew Giovinazzi previously traded on the Pacific Exchange and the Chicago Board Options Exchange, specializing in both equity and index options, and during that time, he never posted a losing year. In 1991, he launched and managed the Designated Primary Market Maker post for Group One, Ltd. in Chicago, where he played a key role in building and expanding the firm through an extensive training program. In 2001, he co-founded Henry Capital Management before joining Option Pit Mentoring in 2011 as Chief Options Strategist. Andrew earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
