Arbitraging Volatility Disparities Between Indexes
This unique strategy is centered around capturing the volatility differentials between two major market indices — typically the DOW and the NASDAQ-100 (NDX). By utilizing tools like ETFs or futures contracts, it exploits irregularities in their volatility relationship for potential profit.
